Kaijego, meaning Let's Go! in Igbo, takes young Africans on colourful and exciting adventures worldwide. Their goal is to get you to experience how rich and exotic cultures are through their lens— Through Kai's Eyes. Kaijego's identity is a vivid expression of how Kai takes you around the world & opens you up to different cultures.
The Kaijego team developed a brilliant strategy centered around a brand mascot named Kai. Kai is your chatty, loveable, culture-rich travel buddy that guides you through each adventure. The Mascot is inspired by the swift parrot— one of the only three parrots that travel from city to city.
The wordmark is a beautiful rendition of a Kai's head, angled 80° to emphasize that you're always moving— from city to city.
The brand colours are inspired by the coulourful pigments of parrot feathers, a strong expression of how vibrant Kaijgeo and travel are. We also used the English translation of the brand name 'Let's Go!' as a CTA across the website.
